Creamy Chicken & Broccoli Casserole

Serves 6 | 

A delicious combination of cheese, chicken and broccoli.

Ingredients:

8 oz sour cream
1 cup milk
1 cup water
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1 v cream of chicken soup, undiluted, 11 oz.
2 cups chopped cooked chicken
1 cup uncooked rice
1 package frozen cut broccoli, 10 oz.
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup fine, dry breadcrumbs

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven 350° F.
  2. In a large bowl, combine sour cream, milk, water, salt, pepper and soup.
  3. Add chicken, rice and broccoli and stir to combine.
  4. Spoon casserole into a lightly greased 13-x9-x2-inch baking dish; sprinkle with cheese and breadcrumbs.
  5. Cover and bake casserole for 1 hour and 10 minutes; uncover and bake an additional 10 minutes.
