THEIR STORY:

While vacationing in Miami, third-generation Sicilian baker Carlo Raciti met the love of his life, Rebecca. As they began to start a family, they discovered a need for freshly baked and healthy treats that were free of preservatives. They utilized Rebecca’s skills in sales and Carlo’s delicious recipes, reminiscent of his Sicilian roots, to create Almotti.

What started as a simple setup at local farmers’ markets in Miami—a 10×10 tent, a 6ft table, and a handful of cookies—has grown into a wholesale bakery with an extensive product line, proudly serving all Milam’s Market locations
